The six stages
Every agency goes through the same pipeline. It is thorough because that is what makes a committed budget possible before anyone has been chosen.
Stage 1
We read the short form: agency name, website, primary category, team size. We are checking that you are a real agency with a live portfolio, a clear specialization and an operating history behind you.
Stage 2
Our team evaluates your case studies and your work. We are looking for craft, range inside your category, and several examples of a project you carried end to end.
Stage 3
Composition, leadership experience, role depth and honest capacity for new work. We need to know you can take a Matchii project without overextending what you already committed to.
Stage 4
We speak to two or three of your past or current clients about delivery quality, communication and timeline adherence. Those conversations stay confidential.
Stage 5
Project management, communication and delivery workflow. Matchii projects run on milestones, so your team has to be able to work inside a structure it did not invent.
Stage 6
Approved: your profile is activated, you enter the broadcast pool, and your trust tier decides which briefs reach you from it. Not approved: you get written feedback on the criteria that did not pass, and you can apply again after 90 days.
