This is where quotes from verified agencies belong, each one attributable to a real account. Reviews are not live on Matchii yet — so rather than invent studios and star ratings, this section waits until we can name real ones.
Verification
Three states, and your record is always in exactly one of them, then the trust rung you enter the pool at. The name in each card is what your dashboard shows you, so you never have to guess where an application stands.
Signing up creates your agency record in draft. Nothing is reviewed and nothing is visible to clients until you submit it, so you can fill in the four steps across as many sittings as you need.
Submitting hands the record to the vetting queue and locks it for review. You will have a confirmation in your inbox within a day. A reviewer then reads the portfolio and contacts your references by email directly — we ask about work quality, communication and delivery, and those conversations stay confidential. That usually lands around day four or five.
You hear back within 5–7 business days. Approved means the profile is activated. Not approved comes with written feedback naming the criteria that did not pass, and you can reapply after 90 days.
An approved agency enters the broadcast pool at its trust tier, and the tier decides which briefs it is shown. Most see their first matched brief within 48 hours of activation — already scoped, already funded, with the fee stated up front.
